1.1 Service Scheduling and Changes

You may request to shift a scheduled service engagement by contacting us through our contact form. Requests must be made at least 7 days in advance.

1.2 Service Cancellations and Refunds

Cancellations of scheduled services more than 14 days before the start date are eligible for a full reimbursement, processed to your original payment method within 10 business days. Cancellations made between 7 and 14 days before the start date qualify for a 50 percent reimbursement. No reimbursement is available for cancellations made less than 7 days before the service date due to resource allocation and planning.

2. Digital Products

Our digital offerings include e-books, research reports, and training modules. Delivery occurs immediately after purchase.

2.1 No Reclaims for Digital Items

Because digital products are delivered immediately and access is granted upon purchase, we do not provide any refund or sharing once the item is downloaded or access credentials are sent.

3. Merchandise and Physical Products

We supply branded apparel, accessories, and hardware tools related to cybersecurity awareness.

3.1 Shipping and Delivery

Orders are processed within 3 business days. Delivery times vary by destination.

3.2 Product Complaints and sharings

If a product is defective or damaged, you may ship it back within 30 calendar days of delivery. Upon receipt and inspection, we will issue a full reimbursement to your original payment instrument within 14 business days, or offer an sharing at no additional charge.
